I am a wedding and family photographer based in the North West of England. I have worked in the fashion industry as a stylist for the past 17 years, and over time, after working with numerous photographers, have also developed a love of photography.

As a wedding photographer, I have built up a portfolio of memories, specialising in candid, documentary-style photography to capture people at their most natural. The fashion stylist in me still loves an editorial image, so if my couples want to get creative with their portraits I'm all in, but if natural and low key is what you're after, we'll keep it simple and as brief as you'd like (I can identify with the people who aren't so comfortable in front of the camera!). Photos of couples and their guests are punctuated with shots of all the thoughtful details that go into a wedding - table settings, floral arrangements and the unique wedding favours my couples come up with - so you have a visual reminder of every element of your day. My relaxed and friendly manner also means I can blend in with your guests without being intrusive while I'm shooting.

Family photography has proven to be my unexpected love. Spending time with families, documenting those intimate moments that are so quickly forgotten, and giving you all a chance to be photographed together, rather than always having one parent behind the camera is so rewarding. These shoots tend to be energetic and lively when little ones are involved, giving the parents a chance to run around play with the kids, and are always loads of fun!

I also work with local independent businesses, providing them with photos for social media content. Ranging from creative drinks photography for a cocktail bar, to interior shots of a retro-inspired nail salon and cafe, I love having the opportunity to get my creative juices flowing, and making someone's vision come to life.

I have packages for all of my photography offers, and can cater to different budgets, so please just get in touch if you'd like to chat about a wedding, project or family shoot.
